Research charges
The Archives reserves the right to charge NZ$50.00 per hour for research carried out by the archivist. Contact the Archives for more information or to schedule an appointment.
Reproductions
Copies of material from the Archives may be provided free of charge for private research and study only, and subject to the Archives’ policy and to the provisions of New Zealand copyright legislation. Any commercial use must be approved in writing by the Archivist and charges may apply.

Archivist
Rachel Bell was appointed as archivist of the Fletcher Trust Archive in 2021. She is responsible for preserving the unique records held in the Archive, connecting enquirers with the information they seek, and ensuring archival material can be accessed by a wide and growing audience.
